Step 3: After your lesson is scheduled, secure your spot in  by making your first payment. 

Step 4: You will receive a Welcome Packet with all necessary information to prepare your family for a great start!

• Payments must be made automatically at the first of each month or Semester in Full
• Registration and Tuition payments are non-refundable. All materials, method books and recital fees are included.

Beginner Class (ages 6+) 55 minute class | 1 year program total of 32 classes

Group Piano (grouped by ages) 55 minute classes

Private Lessons – 30 minute private lessons

I’m happy to work with families using Arizona ESA funds. There are 2 payment options to help you make the most of your scholarship.

1. If you have an ESA Debit Card, I made sure the MCC code allows you to use it for my invoice. Simply pay with card at checkout then upload your invoice and attestation form I will send you to ClassWallet. Done!
2. The other option is to pay me first, then Request Reimbursement through ClassWallet. I’ll send you the invoice and attestation form to help navigate the process.

ESA payments can feel complicated, but you’re not alone — I’m committed to helping you every step of the way!

Schedules get busy and conflicts happen – we totally understand! Let’s go over policy so you know your options.

Sickness: we kindly ask that you never bring sick students to piano. All students who are coughing, fever, runny nose, sore throat, stomache aches should stay home. Please help keep our studio germ-free!

Missed Lesson: when a class is missed for any reason (including sickness) the parent is welcome to contact me and I will offer another slot within that week if available. This is not gauranteed and only if time is available.

Virtual Lesson: if the student is able, parents may send me a video of the student playing their assignment and I’ll respond with notes so the student may continue to progress until the next week’s lesson.

Payment: missed lessons are not refunded, and tuition is only adjusted if the teacher is absent and cannot provide a make-up lesson.

Recitals are typically offered once at the end of each semester (twice a year). Recitals are highly encouraged as they build confidence and performance skills.

We offer special lessons and guidance to help students feel confident and prepared for recital.

Drop‑off + pick‑up
Please arrive on time for drop‑off and pick‑up.

Health + illness
Students who are ill should remain home to heal and protect others.

Siblings + guests
Please check with the studio before bring siblings or additional guests. It is required that you pick up your child at the end of each lesson, they should not remain at our house when another class/lesson begins, even if the lesson is a sibling.

Studio Property
Students are expected to be respectful, attentive, and willing to follow directions. We expect our property to be treated with respect and care.

From time to time, photos or short videos of activities may be taken for studio use and to show student progress. Enrollment with our studio means you agree to this. If you do not want your child to be included in these videos/photography, please notify us as soon as possible.

Our studio uses security cameras with audio recording as part of our Safety and Security Procedures. By enrolling, the parent/guardian acknowledges and consents to this recording. These recordings are for safety and security purposes only and will not be used for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes. 

Haws Piano House reserves the right to cancel or refuse enrollment at any time if a student’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or consistently prevents effective learning, or if the program is not an appropriate fit for the student or family.
